Breakfast today made me reminisce of my Italian summer. In the very crowded Collins Ave. in Miami Beach, lies an Italian bakery called Rosetta with a wide variety of focaccias and pastries that were surprisingly good.
My favorite part was the exceptional sweet focaccia, but the salty ones looked just as good (I only tried the olive focaccia, but it was hard to pick just one). The cream filled croissant and the nutella and nuts tart were also great.
I especially loved the exposed kitchen, I have a thing with exposed kitchens, it’s just more reliable if you get to see them doing the thing in your face, plus it’s entertaining. And the place as a whole was very cute and nicely decorated. The coffee definitely wasn’t my favorite part, so don’t expect much about the drinks.
As soon as I left the place they were taking out the fruit pastries that looked amazing, so now I have an excuse to go back.
